Why are your rates so low? Does this mean I'm getting lower quality work?

Our rates are so low because we have low overhead.  Our lawyers work from home rather than in an expensive office building. Also, because our lawyers know they are going to get paid (since you prepay for the services), they are willing to accept a lower fee for their work.  The quality of the work our lawyers and paralegals provide is equivalent to what you would get from traditional law firms.
 

How do I know which lawyer will work with me and why can't I pick which one will work with me?

If you have a particular lawyer in mind that you have worked with before, just let us know and we'll see if they're available.  After you order our services, you'll get an email confirming which lawyer has been assigned to your case and they will contact you.  If you have any concerns or want a different lawyer, just contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
