  • Proprietary Trademark Conflict Score Analysis, prepared by a lawyer, which contains an electronic summary of the search results and the likelihood of a future conflict with other marks and a copy of the search results (so you can retain evidence of a good faith clearance search, important for your protection).
The search results are reviewed by a lawyer and the Trademark Conflict Score Analysis is prepared by a lawyer.

US Trademark Registration - $400 plus filing fees ($175 per class)

  • Electronic filing of trademark application with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and

  • Transmitting the application to you and a summary of upcoming deadlines to watch for and steps needed to secure and maintain your trademark registration.
Included with this service are up to two hours of time from a trademark lawyer. Not included in this service are any subsequent modifications to the original application once filed (whether required as a result of actions of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or otherwise), responses or appeals, or other follow-ups or issues that may occur.
