Payment is due prior to commencement of work, or, if terms have been established, within 15 days of date of invoice. All technology, platform and billing services are provided by Moab Base, LLC, and all legal services are provided by participating paralegals (under the supervision of participating lawyers) and by participating lawyers directly to customers, without intervention, supervision or oversight by Moab Base, LLC.

TrademarksLive is not a law firm nor does it provide legal services. Instead, it is an outsourcing agency that allows businesses and entrepreneurs (“customers”) to use its technology platform in order to locate and hire paralegals and lawyers (“service providers”) who provide these services independently to customers. Service providers are responsible for conducting conflict of interest checks and for ensuring that any work they do for customers is of the highest quality. Each customer typically works with a paralegal and a supervising lawyer or simply with a lawyer. Charges can be based on an hourly rate or at a fixed total fee. In either case, TrademarksLive has negotiated discounted rates and/or flat fee rates with these service providers, providing potential savings to customers and an additional source of income to these service providers. TrademarksLive does not keep any portion of the legal fees provided by these service providers but instead charges its own fees, which are a part of the total fee that customers are charged. A breakdown of its fees and the legal fees is available at any time on request.

The types of services which customers may purchase from service providers through TrademarksLive are listed from time to time on the TrademarksLive website, and may include: (i) trademark screening and research, (ii) trademark registration, (iii) trademark investigation and other trademark related work. The services provided by TrademarksLive are not legal services. At no time does TrademarksLive draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation. TrademarksLive and its services are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. At no time is an attorney-client relationship fostered or created with TrademarksLive through the performance of any such services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADEMARKSLIVE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE), HOWEVER IT ARISES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM OR THROUGH THIS SITE, EVEN IF TRADEMARKSLIVE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, YOU ASSUME ANY COSTS THEREOF. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or sue of the Site or Materials shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Utah, and in the County of Salt Lake. You and TrademarksLive agree exclusively and irrevocably to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
